We are heartbroken to have to tell the entire Pinecone family that our much loved "Bud" Rudy has passed away.

He will surely be missed by all of us.The years go by so quickly it seems.  He has been with us and especially Wendy through everything.  Good and bad, thick and thin, steadfast and always ready to go to work. His cheery welcome greetings every day between all the flowers was a comfort and made us all smile.

To everyone who let him brighten their day a little when you visited over the past 12 years and in turn made his day as well, we can never thank you enough.

WEATHER OR NOT!

Despite this crazy weather, our garden center is bursting at the seams with color in every variety of flowers, shrubs or trees!

We now have over 125 varieties of perennials! Amongst the wonderful tried and true types such as coreopsis, Echinacea, salvias, etc. we now are specializing in many terrific selections of “NATIVE” perennials. These natives are usually drought resistant, long lived, and most exciting, DEER RESISTANT! They are also known to attract hummingbirds, butterflies and are a great food source for our declining bee population.

“The Glade”, our Pinecone Perennials botanical garden is now in full bloom with azaleas, camellias and other beautiful plants. Why not take a quiet stroll down the winding path and allow the natural beauty to calm and delight your senses? The Glade April 2013
